Hey there, I’m Jenn, owner and Chief Self-Care Officer of the Mama Needs Subscription Box. I started this subscription box and our podcast as my mission to help Mamas practice self-care out of my own journey I’ve been on as a Mama. Years ago I put myself on the back burner for way too long. Doing that took a toll on my body, heart and mind because I wasn’t intentional about self-care. That’s why I created this box: monthly done-for-you self-care that arrives at your door filled with the tools and encouragement to make time for you.
I’m also wife to my high school sweetheart and Mama to 3 amazing kids ages 13, 10 and 7! I’m on a mission to help Mamas understand the need for self-care and give them the tools and inspiration to prioritize it. When is the last time you took care of yourself? What's inside my box?
We like to keep what’s inside a surprise for our subscribers, but we always announce the new theme for the month – go check out this month’s theme!
How often does it ship?
If you buy a box between November 1-30, you get the December box! Each month our boxes ship (with lots of love!) on or around the 4th of each month.
Is shipping included in the price?
Yes! All boxes ship FREE!
I haven't received my box yet - where is it?
If you purchased your box between November 1-30, you will get the December box, yay! Your delivery will ship on or around December 4. You will get a tracking email the same day it ships! Self-care is on the way!
When does my box renew?
If you choose a month-to-month subscription, you will get an email on the 10th of each month telling you your subscription is about to renew on the 11th. You can choose to make gift boxes auto-renew or not. If you choose a 3, 6 or 12-month prepaid subscription, it will renew on the 11th of the 3rd, 6th or 12th month.
How do I skip or cancel my subscription?
See our cancellation policy here. You can always login to manage your account, skip a month or cancel your subscription BEFORE the renewal on the 11th of the month. If your subscription has already renewed, please note that any cancellation will be for the next month and you must request a refund before the last day of the month. Come back anytime!
What if I don't like what's in my box?
If for some reason you don’t like what’s inside your surprise box, pay it forward to another Mama you think might! We cannot honor returns or give refunds simply due to personal preferences. However, anytime an item is damaged or missing, we will be happy to replace it at no charge.
What if I have allergies/diet restrictions to something inside a box?
If you receive a box with something that you cannot eat or use because of allergies or dietary restrictions, we cannot replace it, accept returns or customize one person’s box. Consider giving the item to a Mama you know who would love it or family member who would like it.
Someone bought me a box as a gift and it's not a good fit. Can I cancel/refund?
For one-time gifts: We totally understand that our boxes are not a good fit for every Mama. If you’re not a fan of the box you received, pay it forward to a Mama you think would like our box! Or consider donating it to a single Mom, shelter, etc.
For prepaid gifts: If the gift you received was a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription, unfortunately we do not offer refunds due to someone not liking a box. As a small business, it is too costly to refund any prepaid subscriptions. We can cancel all future shipments, but we cannot refund. Again, pay the box forward to another Mama who may need some self-care!

How do I buy a gift card?

I'm a maker - how can I get my products featured inside your box?
We are always looking for new and exciting products to fill our boxes that our Mamas will love! We do not put baby/children’s products inside of our boxes. We’d love to see if your product is a good fit. Email us at info@mamaneedsbox.com with more details!
I'm an influencer/YouTuber - how can I review your box?
At this time we are not sending out free boxes for reviews. However, you are welcome to purchase a box at a discounted rate if you’d like to review it. Email us at info@mamaneedsbox.com for more details.
