If you are a coffee and/or cookie lover, you are going to love this recipe for Mocha Chocolate Espresso Chip Cookies! Make it with your kids this weekend or just for yourself! These cookies are rich and decadent but enough coffee flavor to keep you going!

I made these recently with my daughter and the whole family loved them too! I found the espresso chocolate chips at my Walmart (which was surprising to find in my very small town). But if you can’t find those, just use semi-sweet but don’t leave out the instant espresso/coffee!
